How long will delivery take?

Goods are dispatched, usually within 24 hours of your order being received, by Post within Australia, Air Mail overseas. If the product you've ordered is out of stock you will receive an email advising you of the expected delay. You can choose then whether to wait or cancel and receive a refund. 

How long are the products guaranteed for?

All our products are warranted for a period of 3 months.

How much does delivery cost?

WORLDWIDE:

Replacement Styli: Free delivery.

Cartridges, vinyl record accessories: calculated by postcode at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Order turnaround is usually within 24 hours. Goods are dispatched by Post within Australia, Air Mail overseas. In Australia, goods will usually arrive within 7 days; USA and other destinations allow 14 days for delivery.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if the order has not been posted you can cancel and receive a full refund. However, if the goods have already been posted you will need to post them back at your own expense.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the product?

Yes, provided the goods are returned prepaid and still in original condition with packaging intact. If you have ordered the wrong stylus, contact us and we will help to work out what the right one is. You can then post back the original and we will send the correct one out.

What do I do if the goods received are not what I ordered or have been damaged in transit?

Simply notify us via e-mail and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

How secure is the shopping cart?

This site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology encrypts the information sent from your computer to our server so that nobody can decode it, intercept it or read it. So that you are aware that a site is secure, look for the padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window when you are submitting your order on the Secure Order page. This tells you that any information you may send is secure.

Will my details be kept secure and confidential?

Absolutely. None of your personal details will be passed on to 3rd parties.
